1. General Terms
At Brand Mentor, we strive to provide high-quality digital solutions and business consulting. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and SEO services to ensure complete transparency
2. Service Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@brandmentor.in.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment (and before any work begins) are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • After 24 hours or if work has started, partial refunds may be provided based on the progress of the service.
Brand-Initiated Cancellations
  • Brand Mentor reserves the right to cancel services in case of non-cooperation, communication delays, or breach of terms.
  • In such cases, no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
Digital Marketing, Consulting & Training
  • Payments are non-refundable once services begin.
  • In case of internal delays, partial refunds or service credits may be considered.
Development Projects (Website/App)
  • Before design approval – Up to 70% refund
  • After design approval but before development – Up to 30% refund
  • After development starts – No refund
Courses, Workshops & Internships
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless canceled by Brand Mentor.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.
4. SEO Services Policy
a. Scope of Work
Our SEO services include strategy, keyword research, technical audits, on-page/off-page optimization, and monthly reporting.
b. Disclaimer
SEO performance depends on external factors (e.g., algorithm updates, competition). While we follow ethical best practices, specific rankings cannot be guaranteed.
c. Payments
  • SEO services are billed monthly or as per contract.
  • Advance payment is required.
  • Services will be paused if payment is delayed by more than 7 days.
d. Refunds for SEO
  • No refunds for completed work or dissatisfaction with ranking speed.
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for long-term plans (if less than 50% completed), with valid justification
  • Requests must be made in writing
e. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
  • Provide timely access to websites, hosting, and assets.
  • Approve content/changes promptly.
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications that impact SEO strategy.
f. Termination of SEO Services
  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.
  • All dues must be cleared prior to service termination or handover.
5. Refund Processing
after Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, deducting any processing or transaction fees.
